I've seen both sides. NRPs who avoid paying to get back at the PWC as well as PWCs who use the CSA to get back. We all need to move on and we all need to support our kids the best way we can.

It would be a big help if the people that work at the CSA understood the law and kept within it. I have had more appoligies for them getting it wrong than I can count, they have also told my MP that their law is above the rest, has anyone told the Judges this yet?

Your question do courts get involved in CM anymore, the simple answer is no as the CSA can and do over ride the decisions of Courts on this matter. However they can set the amount that you have to pay to your alleged arrears and there is not thing one the CSA can do about this if it is applied for in the correct manor, and that they like not even a little bit!

One other point no one is forced to work for the CSA, I was offered a job there after destroying one of there cases, and I turned it down flat! There are still some things I wont do and that is one!

Seriously you find Blob bitter! I pesonally don't think he comes across as bitter, maybe annoyed with the system but then who isn't.
