  • when I joined you could pick 3 differnt exercise levels.
so I picked the medium one, some house work / general child care
it covers the bits like eating and taking a shower - could get on the obsessive compulsive side otherwise ;)

im a size 16 at the moment, and if by some miracle i do manage to loose it, i still wont be any smaller than a 14 because i have huge boobs and stupidly wide hips, but i know that i will be healthier, and my body in better condition.

ktwb - I am exactly the same as you!!

Can I show off please. I have been dieting since Feb partly for my wedding & partly cos I am hugely overweight, weighed myself this morning & the latest grand total is 49lbs or 3& a half stone!!! I was a dress size 28 to give you an idea how huge I was now I'm verging on a 24 so still huge but not AS huge iyswim. I think I'm gonna crack 4 stone by my wedding. Sorry to boast but I am so pleased with myself. I have terrible problems around food, so girls if I can do it anyone can.
I am off out in a mo to treat myself to some wedding makeup or perfume with the £40 boots points I've been saving.

Your not boasting Violetta - Thats brilliant - well done:T You have every right to be pleased with yourself!!

I have my weight in at 12.30 today so I better get a move on and go. Fingers crossed I manage to lose something this week - hasn't been the best as AF arrived and I've craved everything in sight lol

Well I've been weighed and I've lost 1lb not bad considering af is here, and i haven't been all that good. I really need to get off my bum and do some exercise.

h2b bought me a vibro plate last year so should really use that - not got the hang of it yet though
