I weighed myself last night and have lost 2lbs! Thats 9lbs in total so far so I am pleased, especially as I am all bloated as TOTM is due!
Its given me a big boost and has really helped my motivation so I am determined now to stick with it!!
Only another 70 odd lbs to go - eek!:eek:0 -
Good day yesterday. Didn't even use up all my sins. Had a lovely chicken salad for lunch. And a stir fry for tea.0

What does everyone do for their lunch?
I'm starting work again tomorrow after a week and a bit off and im lucky in that i can usually pop home for a sarnie at lunchtime. However, im trying to cut back on the amount of bread i eat and so today i tried some Ryvita with cottage cheese on. Well.... i know its low fat, low cal etc but i dont half taste horrid! i like the cheese its just the ryvita im not keen on. its like chewing cardboard!!
any tips or other suggestions, they need to be quick things to make reallyWhat matters most is how well you walk through the fire0 -
i like sushi - not raw fish but using tined tuna or salmon and veges - its mt fav lunch at the mo.
i also do rice/ couscous salads in summer and soup when its cold.
My best on the wagon weeks are when i spend a decent amount of time thinking about and preparing lunches
i would have have a proper chicken ceaser salad today if I hadn't left the cooked chicken breast out last night.... the cat ate it:(Had a thrifty wedding 17-06-10

picklepick, you can get types of ryvita that have seeds on which are quite nice. You could add pepper or herbs to the cheese, might help a bit. Sometimes if I am making pasta the night before I make a bit extra and leave it in the fridge. Or soup when the weather turns, zap it in the microwave.
svjenni sounds like my cats. I left some pasta out covered and they tucked into that. Once they licked the top off some M&S chocolate rings too :rotfl: one of them definitely needs to go a diet!!
Had another good day today!! Yay!!I have had many Light Bulb Moments. The trouble is someone keeps turning the bulb off

Picklepick I love Rakusen 99% fat free crackers only 18 cal's each, they are like a cream cracker only lighter, crisper & tastier especially the herb & onion ones heres a link to the Rakusen website ooohh didn't know they were Kosher. They are so tasty with some light soft cheese philly or asda's own with some tomato slices on top.Booo!!!0

If I was more organised I'd do them :rotfl:
Unfortunately I'm not
I do have home made bread roll with ham (no butter) and a home made flapjack (delish! made with ovaltine) so I'm feeling virtuous-ish as I know what the ingredients are I've made it all from scratch :A
(okay paulie made some of it..... I'm still feeling virtuous
