I wish it was like that every week, it's only because that was my first week "Back on the wagon" after being a real piggy

thanks all for your support this week - however i have been MIA from this thread for a few days, I have been so bad.
I have eaten loads of crisps, had a bottle of wine, a giant spoonful of nutella, and a chicken kebab - not all on the same day. Just dont know what wrong with me these last couple of days - well I do h2b is on nights so I munch
AF isn't due for another week(ish) I haven't done any exercise either.
Tomorrow I start a fresh. I am going to go on a long walk - whether its raining or not, clear my head and get back on track - I hope.

rinroo, that doesnt sound so bad to me. you lost half a pound and any loss is still a loss and therefore great!

On another note, i got a new dvd yesterday. Claire from Steps 5 step fat attack,
Flamin eck is that hard work. I tried it today and my body is going to hate me for it tomorrow, i know. I got it quite cheap from amazon if anyones interested, it was about £6 new. It was hard but fun so might be worth a look maybe if anyones thinking of getting a new dvdWhat matters most is how well you walk through the fire0 -
Talking of dvds, I got last year the Rosemary Conolley and Colleen Nolan one, which is quite good - (i think) only used it once!!
I have also got the Claire Sweeny weight watchers one which I got for £1 from the poundshop a few weeks ago (still shrink wrapped) not opened it yet as I find her a tad annoying. Must get them out and have a go!!
Might try it after children are in bed though lol!0 -

I have lost 53 lbs in total (since Feb, not last wk!!) I am only 3 lbs off cracking 4 stone, I'm hoping I can do that before the wedding in 15day's which with all the running around I'll have to do I should manage.Booo!!!0 -
I lost a 1lb last week - seems to be coming off really slowly now...
but at least i am losing something!
Had a bad week this week - school holidays, finding it too much temptation, went to the cinema yestday with the boys and found myself munching half the popcorn oops!
Weigh in tomorrow lunchtime - so we'll see how it goes.
