GRRRRRR
So not only does that mean the weight goes up, but means I cant motivate my self for exercise.
And I'm on the early shift at work so that right messes me up - one of the lads had doughnuts yesterday. I had one, I'm soooo bad! then there was BBQ in the evening cos a friend and her daughter came round.
Okay, I get off work early. So if I leave when I'm meant to (as if?) I can do a walk. Espesh if the suns out. mebbe.
Sorry just fancied a general whinge.
Hey Nixie, do you eat dairy products? Milk/cheese/yoghurts? I suffer from terrible IBS and have recently cut out all dairy products due to the hospital thinking the baby might have a milk allergy, aftter eating some cheese the other day it transpires that it's not him, but it's me!
Try cutting out dairy for a couple of months and see if things improve - feel free to berate me if it's not improved!
Also any exzema sufferers should probably give it a go, has changed my skin dramatically!,___,

Hi all,
I need some weightloss/healthy eating advice.
I'm getting married september 2010, and at the moment i am a size 8-10. But I am not happy with the size of my hips/thighs and I have a double chin and muffin top! how to a sensibly get rid without turning in to a lolllipop!
Thanks0 -
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
EIGHT POUNDS I have PUT ON 8 thats EIGHT!! Pounds!!!
:eek::eek::eek::eek::eek:
How the blumin hell did I do that!
Bad Nixie, No cookie!
Well if that just aint the point, no flipping cookies! no muffins, no cup cakes, no flap jacks and some more blumin exercise.
I'm skating and thats good - classes are working for me.
I'm gonna sign up for pole class again after payday... dont knock it till you've tried it, wicked fun and burns loadsa calories. Less cash than aerobics here at the mo!!
also signing up for council gym £55 a month for 2 people and all the climbing and skating I can manage as well as swiming and gym. Might get a run in on me way home then. (well thats the plan!!)
Right and I'm back to daily plate.
Who else is on that? I'm thinking of starting an MSE group on there!
Podgey hugs to all
Nixie

Hi ChatNoir, I'm a similar size to you, you need to eat less bad fatty foods (cakes Choc biscuits etc) and the golden rule- excercise. I'm currently doing some hard training and am trying to cut down on my choc cravings, which i try and leave all choc to Sat night only. I've toned up well without looking like a lollipop head.0 -
:j celebrate the little victories - I've lost a kg

only 3 more than when I started now :rotfl:
Anyway I was chuffed about it so I thought I'd post
