hi hurricanewyn i've been going to slimming world for 5 weeks now and lost 12 1/2 pounds so far. its really good diet and there is a thread for slimming world on these forums too

Hi everyone!
Can I join too?? I went back to weight watchers 2 weeks before my hols and lost 3.5lbs :-) but then we went to Turkey and I put on 2.5lbs :-( so that takes my grand total to 1lb lost!! lol! 8 weigh ins left before xmas so hoping to lose at 7lbs by then, hopefully 11lb, as that would give me my first target!
