I have string wax - there are loads of clubs down here - come and join us (or on AIUK forums! )
Lol, will have to have a go at Wii Archery - haven't unlocked it on the Olympics yet, so that's my next goal! ;)

  • I used to live over in wales, loads of archery clubs there. I used to be decent. Less than 10 points from making the welsh squad - but didnt like the competitions :rotfl:
(I had no idea it burnt so many calories but I spose walking up and down LOTS and the muscle work out.... you must do :) )

Not so much in Wiltshire :(
Have emailed a club now - neeeeeeeed to shoot! :rotfl:

I have no idea how it burns so many calories either! Yay, hope you get back to a club soon - you sound good! I haven't shot for weeks due to other commitments and turned up at a competition a few weeks back in puring rain and shot my worst ever (including my beginners course!) - it hasn't helped me get back into it but I must go tonight! Hope you find a good club  (Still go onto AIUK and you'll probably find Wiltshire archers on there!)

ok i have got my dress, its a size 16 but hopefully i will loose enough to have it altered before the big day in november.
i have lost 12lbs already, mainly due to stress and lots of family problems, now ive calmed down a bit i can try and keep it off and get the rest off through hard work and exercise!
  • stooopid stoopid IBS. I'm all bloated and yucky and no amount of probiotic will fix it :( GRRRRRR

So not only does that mean the weight goes up, but means I cant motivate my self for exercise.
And I'm on the early shift at work so that right messes me up - one of the lads had doughnuts yesterday. I had one, I'm soooo bad! then there was BBQ in the evening cos a friend and her daughter came round.

Okay, I get off work early. So if I leave when I'm meant to (as if?) I can do a walk. Espesh if the suns out. mebbe.

Sorry just fancied a general whinge.

Will have to be so good now I'd hate to put anything back on before next week but have a friend coming to stay Monday & a night out Tuesday.
Now I could still do with loosing another 4 stone so please feel free to kick my butt in September when I get back from honeymoon.

I'd love to join - not getting married for another year but have a LOT of weight to lose! I am using the WW online stuff but can't make it to the meetings (work ridiculous hours!). I have been doing pretty well over the past few weeks but haven't weighed myself yet and some mutual support sounds like a great idea to me.

Good luck to you all! :)
