I ordered yesterday morning and got three emails and a text to tell me that it was going to be delivered between 11 and 12 today.
It was.
Brilliant service!!
Oh and the chocolate log things that are 5 for 99p are ruddy HUGE! Seriously! I was so shocked at the size of them! Same goes for the butterscotch sauce - a case of 12 for £1.50 which will probably keep the family going for the next 10 years! Bonkers!! LOL0 -
I would definitely appreciate feedback on the 1 hour delivery slots. I have been unable to use Approved Foods since getting back to work as there is only 1 day per fortnight when someone is at home during the day time. And then it's only until about midday! And as we do not have a car we cannot go and collect from a depot.
Hope to hear from anyone who has used it0 -
I had a text this morning to say 'your parcel will be delivered between 16:38 and 17:38' with an option to choose a different date. It arrived at 17:10 - lovely job.
But my free lucky box was missing :-(Mortgage | £145,000Unsecured Debt | [strike]£7,000[/strike] £0 Lodgers | |0 -

I've had that before and I'm not deaf, & car parked in garden by front door, lights on. I put a note on the front door sometimes saying "I am in - please ring the bell again" One of the drivers said he hadn't seen the bell, had banged on the door. Luckily for us DHL take the parcel next door if we can't get to the front door in 45 seconds.0

I changed the address on an order to send it to my daughter at University. Anyway, it was only when I got home from work the next day and re read the email from googlepay when I realised it was still coming to me- I think google changed it back to my default address. So be careful if you do that.
Anyway, I was very pleased as although it was too late to stop it coming here with the new quick delivery, at least I got a quick reply from approved food- I turned back the order and am hoping it will eventually wing its way back north to my daughter.0
