Im sure Approved foods sell bits like this too its just a matter of whether they have it in stock im guessing!

I have used Food bargains. but they are very over priced on most stuff.

Hi there

This was not intentional in ANY WAY. It was one of those hideous errors that happens when you have been working non stop for 24 hours without any sleep and as a result are doing things on autopilot. The ban has now been killed.

It's my entirely fault - I am, as you will know, the VOLUNTARY forum mod at AF. I'm not an AF employee so its all done in my spare time... (also therefore none of this is actually AF's fault in any way shape or form...) As a self employed Author my only excuse is that I have been chasing a looming deadline and not getting much sleep.

When I was dealing with the spam I somehow, without noticing picked up the wrong email address and applied the ban.

I assure you you are the very LAST person I would ever want to ban and I can only GROVEL in apology. It should be fixed now. If not please contact me asap.

Thank you Jenny - it has let me log on again now :T

Yesterday it keep yelling at me to "GO AWAY YOU SPAMMER YOU ARE BANNED FOREVER" or words to that effect.......

I was getting a real complex and starting to wonder if I imagined the REAL spammer
