ha ha ha I was tempted by those as well, good for eating, biscuit bases for cheesecakes, banoffe pie, dunking lol cant think of much else.

Serious amount of biscuits though 14kg of mini ones as well, I did not norder in the end thought they would all be old and soggy by the time we got anywhere near half way through them :)

i should imagine there are going to be some broken..battered and crumbs at the bottom of the bag...so they could be used for cheesecake base..

think i will order a bag of them.... with 2 kids.. i mean 3 including hubby:p i am sure we will dunk/munch our way through quite a few of them...

once they start going soggy i am sure the chickens will like a few

Sorry for my naivety, but do you think the 14kg of digestive biscuits will come in one huge bag, or separated up into smaller bags?

I just did a double take - 14kg?!? - just how big is that?

    A few more uses:
    doorstop
    sandbag
    breezeblock

But do you know, part of me wants to go and order some!
    End of diet.
Unless I stand the bag in the way of the fridge door.

I suppose it's the equivalent of 28 large packs of McVities' Digestives, and seen in that light, if you could decant them into something airtight, you might get through them without waste. I'm trying very hard to remember what goes in with biscuits to stop them going soft - I think it's sugar cubes.

UnderPressure, I hadn't thought of Banoffee Pie - yummy!

A quick Google search also suggests Key Lime Pie, truffles and the list on this page.

When I open mine, I use what I need, and then I freeze the rest in portions suitable to the family.! They are really great value.
Of course if your organised, you could make a huge batch of what ever it is, and then freeze that in portions. Then you just defrost what you need, as you go along.

I have used then for about 18 months now, and have not had any problems with things, (except my Free milk portions last month were already off, but as they were free, who can really complain!) Nothing else has ever been though.
Thanks, but what do you put with them? Chicken, mince? Could I use any meat? Does it do for making bolognaise? I've never used it before.

Hi everyone, great excitment and a little hilarity - my first order has arrived!
It came with a 2-sheet print-out of the invoice. First sheet all well, exactly as ordered, except they forgot or ran out of shower cleaner. No note of substitutes (I only listed one and it wasn't used) and no refunds or owt like that.
Second page - not a single item as ordered! Good job there were only 5 items on the page.
I've tried to ring the firm, no reply. Can't find anything on the website to tell me what to do about the assorted unwanted items - which are worth more than I paid by about £6 which sounds like a nice problem except I have no use for a lot of them. Really! They have also doubled on two lots of 'treats' - and nice through that is, we don't need the calories.
Any clues what I do please?
