Depends how long you're prepared to give them to settle down. The publicity for this site started in February or March of 2009.
I used them about a dozen times last year but gave up in the end. I decided to give them another try this month and the goods were well packed and the order was complete. My problems lie with the courier company who left the box out on a pouring wet day and I got home to find a wet lump of cardboard which had been a box, and some wet items. I had no notice of a delivery date. I'm not sure whether to use them again.
They're great if you get what you want, when you want it.

Panic over order arrived well packed and everything as ordered as ever also a text with a delivery slot 3 hour slot as it was HDNL that deliverd all well thanks Approved foods

I've never had an email about delivery - maybe because I pay with paypal, but I do get a text on delivery day giving me details of the 3 hour slot.
My orders seem to come on the 3rd working day after order.
After 3 orders now, they've all been perfect.

Oh no, I jinxed it - my delivery was over 2 hours late and I was desperate to go out before the shops shut. The driver denied all knowledge of a 3 hour delivery slot :mad:

I have placed a number of orders with no problems, however one item was missing from my latest order. I emailed them about the problem and got a speedy response complete with a discount code for my next order. great customer service!

I made my first order last week, got a text the following day to say that it would arrive between 5 and 7 that night. It actually came just after 5past 7. Very impressed. Hope it stays the same when I put my next order in.

No notification of delivery. As I was out, courier was going to dump box in driveway (in heavy rain) and neighbour noticed and asked to take it for me (thankfully!). Courier left. Results was I got the items I asked for although the box was a soggy mess. (Neighbour had tried to dry it off best they could).

Please let us have your order number, as we're trying to monitor what's (sometimes not) happening with delivery notifications. Thanks.

oh dear my first order and dispite I can clearly see great care gas been taken over the packaging my cleaning fluid top has leaked and all the way through the bag then put it in as well. Im trying to dry my bits out as we speak. Pitty they wernt all stainless steel else they would be gleaming LOL
Ive also got a item substituted that I cannot use. Such a shame as the goods are fantastic value and delvery so cheap but if im having to throw bits away every time I order it makes it pointless
