this new thing with the text, saying delivery time, do they send it to landlines as well? No reception here and I only switch my mobile on if I'm out for the day. I do sometimes get speaking texts from friends. If not I hope the email saying delivery time is the same as the text.

My delivery came 10minutes into the one hour slot so happy days!

I just got an email saying that my Thursday night order has just been packed and is waiting to be picked up by the courier. So it'll be tomorrow then.

So much for next day delivery LOL.

But I haven't got an email for my Thursday 2am order. Guess they are a bit swamped or the orders have got out of order

I have ordered on the Thursday night and had my delivery on the Monday a few times. The courier doesn't deliver on a Saturday (DHL didn't, no idea on the new one) so I think maybe that slows their whole system down a bit over the weekends.

My parcel arrived at 2.30. No packing note, no email, a juice had leaked over everything and 2 packs of bolognaise are sprayed over my kitchen floor having been used as packing. the tinned tea is dented. No dried mushrooms. Cat won't eat the cat treats. Hmm.

little tins of juice are nice :)

But at least it didn't arrive while you were in the bath!

They really go for broke, I find. Either efficiency, decent communication and perfect packing, or a complete shambles.

I get the sense that they're under pressure again, and could really do without extra publicity for a bit, until they get their act together.

    Oh dear!! :p

Did you get the Suso (??) tins of carbonated fruit juice? I think I've ordered about a thousand of them (well, the three cases on special offer :D) and I'm worried now that my kids won't drink them.

I'll have to swap them for your cat treats - but I bet my moggie wouldn't eat them either. She wouldn't LOOK at the tins of chickeny cat fud I got from them!
