Great result WW pleased for you, I wonder if the couple who refused to sell still think it was worth it, 30 grand out of pocket, but also I bet they had a lot of sleepless nights and worry, I know I would if I had been in your position let alone theirs, then again it was of their own making so maybe they are the type of people who go through life thinking they are right and everyone else is wrong0
