Congratulations WW and to Mr WW too!!
I was hoping that it would all work out for you in the end. Looking forward to all the gossip about the original vendors if/when you can post it!!
Well Done!0 -
Congratulations!!!!:j:j
Spend wisely, and do keep us up to date on whether they sell the house after all. The buyer must be paying them a ton of money, if they can settle for £30k, let's hope it's not to a property developer, as you will be living so close, that would be too cruel:eek:
Anyway all the best for the future.

Damn, this is terrible news. What's going to happen to this thread now? How are we all going to get our fix?
Seriously though, really pleased it's all worked out so well for you. Please do post a RM link if they put the property back on the market - would love to see what all the fuss was about!0 -

Hi WW, I have been following this thread from the start and yayayayayay I am so happy for you, what a fantastic result and so well deserved after the misery you and your family have had to go through!
It's such a relief to know everything has worked out and that hopefully soon you will be in your lovely new home. Definately sounds like fate to me and how wonderful to live in a property that was built by your grandfathers company!
I have to say this has truely made my week! We are stuck in a chain at the mo which is going nowhere and is getting us down, but to read your good news has definately lifted our spirits!
Best of luck with the new purchase, it sounds like it will be an amazing home for you and your family!0
