The CPW website confirms this on entering one's tel. no. and postcode with an ERROR and:
'Your telephone number is registered with another operator we can't transfer you from, so we can't offer you TalkTalk.'
Perhaps one of the TT reps on here can advise me please.
Thanks Mark

Has anyone actually managed to sign up for this offer online yet?
I'm an existing TalkTalk customer but can't move to this package as yet because their website is always "brought offline due to overwhelming demand".0 -

The site is available at the moment - it does go slower in peak times but work has been done over the past two days to bolster the server capacity to cope with teh demand0 -
Hi
My bro is with onetel, line and also unlimited UK calls. He went to CPW last night and they said he can have save package since Onetel are part of cpw, but will cost him £30 connection fee, so he signed up there and then. He was looking for broadband package last few weeks.

I'm in the same position with Telewest. I've asked BT to reconnect me but then have to stay with them for three months before I can switch to TT during which I won't have ANY internet access because all the other isp's seem to have 12 month minimum term contracts. Not sure what the penalties are to get out of BT earlier than 3 months. Couldn't find any information on their site.0 -
I looked up my local exchange on samknows.com and TT is not listed as one of the LLU alternative providers. Does this mean I won't be able to get the service anyway?0
