After 7 months off being BR i also received a phone call from the OR regarding my file and i also panicked as after all this time i had tried to forget it all and move on. I was worried right up to the time i went into the office , but whatever questions he asked just answer to your best knowledge for instance he had my bank and credit card statements for the last 5 years and any large amounts i had to tell him where it had gone ( bearing in mind i couldn't remember what happened last week never mind 5 years ago :rotfl:)
Don`t worry about how long it takes the OR just wants to get all the answers so they can complete and close your BR file. From their point of view seeing you face to face gives them a better understanding of your personal circumstances and you as a person. My OR was understanding he never judged me and the whole experience wasn`t as bad as i expected. It was me worrying over nothing, so the only advice i`ll give you is have a good nights sleep and try not to worry and above all be as honest as you can with the OR and you`ll have nothing to worry about.

Thank you so much for posting! I am in exactly the state you described there! I am sitting here a week before the interview on total tenderhooks! I think this is as bad if not worse than going BR orignally! I got the letter today which gives an outline of what they want to go over. It seems straightforward enough so hopefully we go over some stuff. I get my BRO and I can move on with my life

I am really glad I have been able to give you the strength to go BR. I am afraid I haven't dealt with it that well. It has been ( and still is!) a massive rollercoaster of emotions. I am currently really down due to this meeting but hopefully this time next week when all is over, I will be feeling a little better

ahh the meeting is just a formality.....dont let it get you down amiga, whataver happens will happen without you worrying yourself sick

it'll be fine....I prefer face to face OR's any day of the week...

im new to the forums and i am controlling my debt so wont be going br. however my partner is a recovering compulsive gambler and i understand it. i think you have done incredibly well now and before going bankrupt and its inspirational

I am really scared now, got myself into a right state, even worse than before the Court Date or OR Interview. I have convinced myself tomorrow I will be arrested and will be spending years at Her Majestys pleasure!

Anyway, will let you all know how I get on if I am allowed home tomorrow!
