Diary of a broken gambler

Am I being daft? I am still really stressed and so totally nervous about the OR Report. Been reading things online that states that I may be prosecuted due to gambling. Maybe the OR will say I commited fraud by not spening the loan money on what I said and gambling some of it? I am thinking all sorts of really nasty and twisted thoughts. Most of them involve me in prison
The OR assistant said it would take 2 weeks, does that sound right to you guys? The torture of it all is making things worse
Oh and I did ask her about the prosecution side of things, she said that was unlikey, so I have no idea what that means really.
Sorry to vent here, but I have nowhere else, I know it is 100% my fault and I should take my punishment like a man but I am so worried and scared0 -
We are talking around 40k of debt
But thanks Lili0 -
Im sure everything will be ok, but i totally understand that doesnt help you tonight.
Is 40k of debt just on gambling? Or is that your whole debt?

Hello Amiga, it seems to me at the moment you are winding yourself up.
The O.R. has seen much worse cases and for much more money than that.
Look at this and see individual cases, much worse than yours.

Please I have known people with gambling addiction owing much much more than you.

40k total debt. I think the majority of it was gambling though yes.
If a BRO is what I get then fine, I just wish this was all over0 -
it will be over soon. May i ask you what you said the credit that you took out was for? if you dont mind me asking.

I think if im reading you correctly, then you would be more than happy to have a BRO for 10 years and just get it over with?

hi Amiga
i think you are winding yourself up and thinking of the worst case scenario. the worst is likely to be a BRO, please don't think about prosecution, it's just not going to happen.
it's easier said than done, i know i would be worrying as much as you, but please try not to worry xxxx0 -
I would accept a 15 year BRU just to get it all over with and behind me
I took it out to pay for a wedding that never happened as we broke up later and to consolidate some other smaller loans. I did pay some loans off but not all of them0
