Morning All

Love the Elf and sleigh Checky.... its fab, bet your kids will love him, hope you have lots fo fun together.

Mary, all my thoughts are with you and OH today.

Got a busy day today of on school trip with DS2, so not much going to get done. Have just bought down the kids advent bags ready for them, they both have a calander, Large Reindeer Teddy, 2 x Star wars Xmas figures and the christmas bedding from next (thanks to the person who posted on ehre as I fell in love with it;))

Not going to get anything Christmassy done today as after school have to finish DS2 French project for Beavers, nearlly done just need to get him to glue the rest of his picture in it, then he is at beavers, my mums calling round so really not got time today

GOOD MORNING AND HAPPY 1st OF DECEMBER PEEPS!!!!

Am in such a Christmas mood today its absolutely ridiculous! Going to be putting our decorations up today once little one is home from school so might get tree up and ready for him for when he gets home so its ready fro him to decorate.

Opted against a Christmas buddy this year as we are just so busy that I didn't have time to make plans properly for his arrival etc but think an elf or two might pop in just to double check he's being good and the mayhem will be left behind from it.

Am still in a slight panic that I don't seem to have enough done for people or for Ben and we haven't even started on Josh yet!!! So am getting slightly edgy and wound up which isn't a nice feeling at all! So have been back through my Christmas gift list and looking realised I hadn't changed things that I have already gotten and some things just didn't go with gifts Id planned so have changed a few bits and simplified. So my gift list is now looking a bit more Sam's sanity friendly. Seems all I need now is £70 (maximum) and I have everyone finished on my side which is settling me slightly!

Then its just Ben to sort for me and I have a list of things that Owen's family want which I will give him so he can get them seeing as I've spent on his family already too.

Spent all day yesterday at my parents house docorating christmas cakes and making mince pies! Lovely Christmassy day! Tree going up today! Will be taking it slowly though, what with being 38 weeks pregnant!! lol

Happy December 1st everyone!! lol Advent calendars are out ready, but have to wait to open mine until tonight when hubby's home! (And this is a household with no children...yet. lol)

Not had my secret santa codes yet. <sniffle> Don't worry mum2one, know you're doing your best! We all applaude you!! :T

I smiled when I saw houses with the decs up already! It's on its way now!

Prepped 8 decopage decorations for the cards on Sunday and will put them together tonight then all cards are done and dusted.

Better take me nigella book back home again from work to sort out the rest of the HM treats and ingredients. Also need to check I have enough in for the christmas cake topping too - I fed it again today and only one more to go now before the top goes on!

Then will have a present sort out at the weekend and wrap up and see if there are any bits left to buy to put in the hampers etc and maybe go late night shopping next week. I love that and it makes me feel chrismassy!
