Not a bad day really............OH seemed to recover ok and when we got back home he popped out to get a bit of shopping then cooked dinner ! There's me thinking all he's want was a bowl of soup.
Get the result in about a week from the biopsy they took so its still fingers crossed:rolleyes: But we're a stage nearer finding out whats going on.
Oh I'm glad it went well!! Hopefully the results are quick in coming back. Nothing worse than the waiting and not knowing.
Well I'm a bit excited because not only does my leg seem to be easing (yeay!) and I'm walking a bit more normally now, but me and my Mum (without my dad, brother or my husband! lol) have decided to go see the panto in Cardiff this year - in January - which stars John Barrowman! That man was made for panto!! lol Should be great fun!! Havne't been to a panto for years! Though saying that, my brother is actually in another panto this year (slightly smaller scale production, but still being shown in a few towns around me!), so depending on baby's arrival, I should be seeing his too! lol Two in one year...I'll suffer with an overdose! lol
On a down side though, our dishwasher broke last night!!! ARGH!! After much research, we decided to give it up as a bad job. It's a Kenwood make and the reviews online for it are AWFUL. It's not like us, we bought it ona whim a year and a half ago (yes, not long is it?!) because it was on offer and you'd think thatn Kenwood would be an ok make - apparantly not for dishwashers! Anyway, we decided to lean on the credit card and bought a Beko for just over £200 from a fab place called Appliances Online. We bought our new cooker and washer dryer from there a few months ago and we cannot recommend them enough!!! Not exactly MSE buying a dishwasher, but with the amount of cooking we do, and with the baby due soon, I CANNOT do without it. Plus we researched the new one thoroughly and it's got excellent reviews!! Stressful night last night though because of it. Talk about pregnancy hormones! lol Poor hubby.
As for Christmas shopping, I'm pretty much done!!! Yeay!! Just one more thing for my Nan (that's the problem with her birthday being 3 days after Christmas!!), something extra for my friend, and something for my God mother, and THAT'S IT!!! Wooooooo! Yeay!!! :T:T:T
I've even bought my hubby his two birthday pressies for February! THAT'S organised. Plus I thought it was wise to do it now while still working before going on maternity leave. lol

Hello all
OH is more tired today than he was when he came back from hospital yesterday ! Think the sedative stuff stays in the system for 24 hours so expect thats why, plus he had a rough night last night coughing and spluttering.........woke me up and I couldn't get off again ! So we both feel shattered...............still, did manage to get down town and post of sons first shoe box...........he's got another to go and his girlfriends got two due to birthday as well. Thought I'd post one a week (maybe two) to make sure they get there ok and its one less thing to worry about. Bought some strong brown paper to wrap his girlfriends up and move them out of the spare room..........maybe I'll soon see the bed in there.....................lol
Got some snowball chocolates to fill up my snowmen and choccy buttons for reindeer poo, took them upstairs and the eyes have fell off my snowmen  I got some more glue dots so have to do those again..............b** !!
Apart from that all I've done is write a few letters to people -might as well use my notelets now I've gone to the bother of making them.............:rotfl:
Phone calls from people wanting to know how OH got on and offer of transport from another foster daughter if we need it so didnt get on as well as I thought...........still, maybe tomorrow.................
(desk in here still total shambles.................)I would be unstoppable if only I could get started !

Flying visit trying to catch up on posts but just had to post that my house smells really Christmassy as I have just cooked my Christmas Cake a couple of weeks later than normal but hey ho smells good. I have tried a different recipe to the one I have used for the last 12 years and it came from here so hoping it tastes as good as it looks

I'm not doing that much Chrismassy atm apart from a store cupboard challenge of eating from the freezer to create some space for the Christmas meats which arrive in 3-4 weeks time. I've been doing this for the last 2 or 3 weeks (forgotten now how long!) and some space is appearing in the freezer and the food cupboard!
what I have found in both these places that I have forgotten about!
Ordered the last bit of my brother's present from ebay and used my paypal funds from things sold which is :T and :j and
Also used some clubcard vouchers for a tree dedication in memory of my dad which I discovered when I investigated the clubcard rewards site for the first time. Pleased Mr T is coming in handy for a change for this!
Nearly all presents done and dusted now which is a huge change for me! Really need to make a few cards now then will be upto date - keep putting this off for some reason and have card stuff all over the place staring at me!final unsecured debt to repay currently £8333Proud to be Dealing With my DebtDFW Nerd 1154 Long Haul 1550 -

Wow, everyone is doing so well and I feel really behind. Took my Christmas planner with me while DS did his afterschool activity yesterday but ended up doing nothing. Must buckle down over the next couple of days as I'm busy over the weekend.
DD is already up for the day so might work through my lists this morning.CC1 £5999 Total Debt March 2021 £5999
