Spent most of the day wrapping and sorting out grandaughters birthday and christmas pressies............one lot are going into a shoe box for christmas, another lot into a bag for her birthday.........seemed to take an absolute age.........made a start on grandsons but didn't get very far.....(get the feeling I'll have to get some extra bits for him)........I'll be dreaming paper and ribbon............:rotfl:
Tomorrow I'm getting yet more ribbon after going to surgery and kicking up about OH's prescription for painkillers ! They won't do it by phone so I e mailed........rang them later and they hadn't received my e mail...............'pop in tomorrow' they said 'we might have it ready by Wednesday' !!!! Oh no no.........if I have to I'll sit in the surgery till I can see GP and get it that way. OH won't go -hates kicking up about things but I'm not having it..............
    Ooops.............minor rant..........sorry

Think I better wash up dinner things...............:rotfl:
I would be unstoppable if only I could get started !

    Hi all,

I ordered some favour tins with the clear lids off ebay today so i could make some 'Reindeer Spares' for my family, i got the idea from here: http://crafts.peteandkerry.com/?cat=8
I will be altering the tins but in a different way.
Also picked up some chocolate coins and Werthers for pots of gold, i just need a few more glass jars etc.

And am planning to make cookies in a jar next week but need to find the right kind of jar, so going to do some scouting before i get paid :D

    JS
    xx

Can I ask what tins you ordered on ebay? I looked on there for the same thing but I can only find really expensive ones.

Don't be daft, if you can't have a moan with friends its a poor look out, good luck with the docs, penny to the pound there mysteriously find the email.
Don't let them get away with it.

Good luck with the wrapping, your going great guns xx

    I ordered these ones http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/5-X-WHITE-ROUND-MINT-TIN-WITH-WINDOW-WEDDING-FAVOUR_W0QQitemZ260489220782QQcmdZViewItemQQptZUK_Home_Garden_Celebrations_Occasions_ET?hash=item3ca65e12ae
They are a bit pricey but there is some american websites that sell them for cheap but they do the bulk ordering and then you've got loads to pay on top of it :o so i thought this will be better.
