Hello :hello:, sorry I am being carp but can't keep up with you lot on this thread  :rotfl:, I have been making my money for Xmas (at nearly £200 now) and making stuff for the craft fairs I'm going to do in the run up to Xmas to make some more pennies.

I just wanted to say a HUGE public thank you to the lovely PinkLadyMel :A for helping me find a DSi bundle at Amazon and using my £20 vouchers I had left it cost me £115 rather than nearly £200 for the console, Star Wars game and an accessory pack. My DS1 is going to be thrilled :j:j:j

Lol JS! It doesn't take much to lead me astray lol!

Thanks for the lovely welcome to the thread - I am already getting lot's of good ideas like the pot's of gold, I might make some of these this year.
With 3 kids and hubby out of work we need to save as much as possible this xmas! I must admit that previous years I have just brought what I wanted when I saw it without even thinking of ways to save money and shopping around etc so I'm quite new to all this but I'm now thinking that even when we do have a bit more money I will try to continue making savings etc and I will appreciate things a lot more!

I've been reading back through the thread and I think that you are all doing really well!

I've managed to get all of dd3's tree presents and some of all 3 daughters stockings so far but still have a lot more to get and I feel like I'm running out of time!
