Thanks 3cp for the link. I dont need many of the bogof items so did a normal shop. Saved me £10 with the code, and have got in touch with quidco as it came up with only validating £5 rather than £10.
Kayleigh you'll see the money taken off on the receipt when its delivered, & on your bank statement
Also notice Quidco do 1% on grocery shopping at asda now.You cant take a step forward with both feet on the ground0 -
Most of my boxes are up to date which is great! Also bought the candy canes for my Snowman soup - got all the ingredients and cones now except for the marshmallows. Think the bogof idea at Tesco is great too - may try this next week!Motto: You gotta be in it to win it!:j
2015 Objective - Pay off credit cards/Overpay mortgage
2015 Wins: Nothing yet, but keeping trying :T0 -
Kayleigh_N wrote: »chaosweddings and 3_cheeky_princesses my subtotal when i had paid was £54.60 (i had the £4 delivery), i added on the ecoupon to, but none of the BOGOF's were taken off (soz im really ditzy with this kind of stuff) did this happen to you? and how does the cash back work? i'm so confused lol
Hello
You need to sign up with Topcashback if you havent already and go thru them to the tescos site and sign up for a new Tescos account to get the £10 cashback.
Put your shopping in your basket but make a note of any bogof values and discounts on a notepad as Tescos do not take these off until they take payment for the shopping on the day of your delivery so it will show at full price on checkout. also make sure when your looking at the product description that the offer is still on the day of delivery
Enter the code found on the code section of this board on the link i posted above and remember to book a cheap £3 - £4 delivery slot to keep the cost down.
If you put for example £50 worth of bogof in your basket that will actually be £25 but you will pay £15 after you enter the code plus your delivery charge (in your case you said £4) so that will be £19 you pay on the day of delivery on your debit / credit. This is reduced down to £9 as you will get the £10 cash back thru Topcashback making it a cheap shop for you. :T

You sign up to a cashback site (Topcashback or Quidco are the 2 most popular i think) in this case Topcashback offers the most for the Tesco shop at £10 for your 1st Tesco shop.
Everytime you shop online, go to buy any kind of insurance, EBay, amintities, mobile phone contracts etc etc go thru Topcahsback and you earn % of money on your transaction. You get paid to spend money :j It all adds up and some of the insurance one can be £50 - £100 cashback!
You get the cash after a certain amount of time and it shows you in the account bit of Topcash back what is pending, confirmed and what can be apid to you (via Paypal, Cheque or BACS i think)
There is a whole section of this forum about it if you want to read up but i cant find it!Member of Thrifty Gifty ~ Making money for Christmas 2010:£2 Savers club member no 40 ~ £54Amazon Vouchers BingoPort ~ £10Dooyoo Challenge Jan ~ £24.07 / £20.00 Yippee over target :j0 -

hi kayleigh,
the bogofs wont come off until they actually put it through the till, that way you still have the £50 min required to get the £10 discount, mine went through at £50 on the tesco website but my receipt that the driver gave me says £18 total
hope this helps0 -
choasweddings, thanks, u can probably tell that i'm new to these kind of things, and when it comes to saving money, i'm hopless!!! Has anyone got any christmas planning updates? or any more offers? i found 1 for tesco direct save £5 when you spend £20, am i allowed to put the code on here for people to see it if they want to use it?0

Evening Ladies and Gents!
Ive just been and done my tesco shop online! My £60 shop will probably cost me about £18!!!!!.....Turkey is bought, sausagemeat and chipolatas are in the freezer, xmas presents are bought and under the bed......I am getting there!!!!!!
Yay!!!!! :j:j:j:j:j:j
I bought some glass jars in Asda today for £1 each! I bought some smart price chocolate eclairs (31p per bag) and filled them up, Im going to put a scratch card and lottery ticket in each one with glitter and confetti and wrap them up in a big gold bow - and thats my pots of gold done!
Ive got all my bits and bobs for hampers and gift sets for hampers so can spend the next few days/weeks making them up! I also have my stocking fillers! Im done!!! Ill have a few more bits that I will pick up for my little boy along the way as he hasnt actually written his xmas list, so Im sure something will come up that he really wants!!
But I have most of his bits and pieces - I have all of his christmas eve hampers, I just need to get a Christmas DVD but there was nothing in ASDA today!!!
For the most part though, its done!!!!
Im so pleased with myself! I can focus on food, decorations, making my cards and hampers, and getting them sent off and getting my baking done and into the freezer..... I cant wait xxSometimes lurking, sometimes posting, but always flying
