  • mum2one - docking station for the wii remotes is a fab idea!
Tunisia - been there, loved it! Kenya though has AMAZING places to stay, so near enough 4 star if not well above for your daughter!! lol
Cake decorating - with the baby due in December, I think I might have to wait a few years - but I will do it one day! I've asked for 50 Easy Party Cakes by Debbie Brown for Christmas - my plan is to always make my children's party cakes!! My Mum always did mine!
Need to get my bum in gear with dooyoo. Finding it hard to find things to review, but I am determined to earn £40 total from them!! mum2one - what have you reviewed on there and what's your username? I could...um...maybe....rate some of your reviews? Only if I find them useful obviously..... :)

  • Hi all!

I've had a great day sorting the Christmas stuff:-
    • Had a lovely morning wrapping some presents for my 2 daughters' friends - mostly recycled presents from last year and bargains picked up in January. Had to wrap a few birthday presnts too - we have sooo many birthdays between now and Christmas.
    • Found some Tesco vouchers I had forgotten about and swapped them for double toy vouchers and wine vouchers. Can't wait to get them so I can spend them! :j
    • Paid in some cheques and the change from my car boot sale and my change pot into the bank - just about got enough to buy a Wii for DDs' main Christmas present. Thank you to others for the Wii advice!
    • Just got a few more cards to write - happy about that because that's the bit I least enjoy.
    • In the middle of preparing a food list for Christmas day and the rest of the Christmas holidays - got to have quite a bit in stock as we are 25 miles from the nearest supermarket!
So, a good Christmassy day - I'm getting very excited about it now especially seeing the shops starting to fill their shelves. Can't stand it when people complain it's too soon!! I could stand for hours looking at the stuff!

So how many days is it to go now? :xmassmile

    Love

nicky - thanks for the link:j

sarah - stop reminding me how close its getting  At this rate I'll still be in a muddle.
Got all my diaries and covered them all to match or at least co-ordinate with key ring post it notes
And I've found what to do with the mousemat (least I think so).............cut it in half and turn it into two door hangers..............got some nice paper this morning so here's hoping..........then I really must get around to wrapping some stuff up..............at the minute some of its in little gift bags and in the right boxes -some of it isn't.............. I'll start to have a panic at this rate.
Oh...........super bargain this morning from charity shop..........puppet theatre with a load of finger puppets - 50p.......:j Do for little grandson as an extra - its not really good enough to get away with as being main present. He'll be happy with it though.
Beginning to despair that my little comp. room will never be the same again...........it's full of 'stuff' thats waiting to be done - neighbours glass jars, little box to cover etc etc. Come November I'll be in a real flap..................lol:rotfl:
I would be unstoppable if only I could get started !

Of course but only if the reviews are useful, and may I review yours as well, again only if there useful!!

I go by mum2onlyone, so thick I am I went to register under mum2one, the name had gone, so thought some chelly bu**er got their first, only to realise a few days later that I had already registered under mum2one, but just carried on with mum2onlyone, so exicted should be able to get my 1st voucher soon,
I've gone through some of dd ds games, then I found general, where people babble about anything, quite a few on christmas, so done a few there, shocked someone by saying I dont have gravy, but have pickled onions and brown sauce with my xmas dinner!
Do you go by same name, or which name u use, can add you to my circle of friends xx
xx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx
