There's no duping involved, they clearly say how much the offer price is for 2 items, if you get them for less than that you cannot realistically have expected to get an "extra saving" just because you did in "the good ol days" before they invented barcoded reducing.

Oh and hey, it's not "old stock" :rotfl: these food stuffs have shelf lives of about 1 week, so it's not "old stock" :rotfl:

Now dont be stupid now, I mean old stock in the sense of the promotion label supplied to the TESCO supplier, not the food contained within!

I suggest you find one such label!

and yes it will or should give the multibuy saving when two are bought in a reduced section............but you won't find them anymore!

Weasel words by Tesco have been applied so as they don't lose face by putting the sign up........."Multibuy savings do not apply to reduced price items"

But they do apply. You even admit that they will apply in my example, just because you can't see them doesn't mean they don't do it. If I find some this week, or next week, you will say "old stock" How long before you admit you are wrong on this and they do still use this type of promo?

As for your other type, you are getting the offer as stated "2 for 5 pounds", if you pay less than that, what makes you think you deserve an extra discount???????
