Thanks for the encouragement for the Essential Hamper for my "difficult" DH and for all the extra ideas.
I do like the "Jar of Nothing" idea - not sure how he really would like it in reality though. We could soon find out!
it would raise a smile, I made my mum one too but giving her a night in hamper as well .. few minutes later tho!

I'm new to MSE and am definatley in. I have started looking for deals when I am food shopping; got chocolates and some whiskey for my Grandad - saved about £15.00 so far.
Bought all of my wrapping in the January sales too. :xmassmile

Hi all,
I need some help with inspiration, I have pretty much sorted what to make/buy for everyone although I am stuck with
2 year old boy (friends child) so don't need much just a token gift
and
2 sets of auntie and uncles (they live away so would need to be posted and not heavy or expensive)
They usually send a present jointly, usually cheque if there not visiting.
Really stuck as for my hubbys aunts/uncle I usually bake goodies and do them up in a hamper/stocking but can't send this in the post
Thanks for readingx
