Well im back from MR T - picked up loads of reduced pens, pencils and notebooks and rubbers to put in the kids craft hampers.

Fell rather pleased that my boxes are starting to fill up with bits and bobs.

Just looking for some crafty bits that the kids can help me do over the next few weeks.

Just got some sponges which im gonna cut xmas shapes into and loads of brown craft paper for them to stamp the designs onto to make the wrap that will cover the cradboard boxes for all the hampers im making.
:TIs thankful to those who have shared their :T

mrsow - well done :T Always good to see someone elses before I embark on it myself..............lol
Wasn't quite sure what size to do mine..........I'm intending to hang them across our pine dresser but don't know what they'll be hanging off -string of a sort or ribbon -like the idea of ribbon now I've seen yours.

mrsow, nothing "rubbish" about that, it's just perfect. I actually thought Ohh cute! when I saw the pic.:j
I've got a couple of these little stockings that I hang on the tree, I've had them years(I didn't make them) they are just the right size to put a miny mars bar or milky way in. Only trouble is I they must get refilled at least 3 times whilst on there. Think my son is a chocolate nicking elf LOL.

Someone on here made a book last year using the letters spelling CHRISTMAS with a meaning for each letter - C for candles, H for Holly. It was lovely and I think it was done in felt but not sure. I'd love to do one for my grandson this year but need last year piccys for a bit of guidance.............anyone know who did it and which thread it was on ?

Mrsow that's lovely! :T Can't wait to see the other ones you do now :)

Mary, would love to see that too, would make a nice garland or hanging decoration maybe? Think I'm going to have to go and buy a lot of felt in bulk, the amount of things I have planned! I don't know who originally posted it but if you find it can you link it on here please?

Well done everyone on all your finds and progress

Also, prophecy_grrl, thanks for posting that link to sendit, just ordering the primeval boxset for my boyfriend's christmas box as he loves it too! Just hope I can hide it away before he notices it's been delivered
