No and I'm not going to waste my time spelling it out for you if you can't be bothered to read previous posts.0 -
Call me cynical, but if I had the appalling service that you alledge you've had I would not have gone back, at the same time I would not waste hours of my own time telling the world online, the only question I have is have you ever paid for any work or have you always complained and gone back for a refund? This would explain to me why you would keep going back. If you are that altruistic about righting wrongs you should get a job on trading standards because at least you'd get paid.
Not sure what your point is?!? If you purchase goods/service from a company and they don't deliver, you either ask for your money back or get the goods/service delivered.
Not only did Nationwide not refund the money, they did not even deliver the service/goods when the vehicle was returned to them for a second visit.
It was only when the senior manager realised what had happened that he offered to refund the money and make sure the work was completed.
I also don't want to get paid for righting other people's wrongs because it is simply the principal that matters and nothing else.
I never asked for a refund and don't like what you're suggesting in your post.
Perhaps you would like qualify your comments?0 -

most folk will buy on price alone, so even if you shout from the highest roof top how bad they are folk will still go there if they are the cheapest,so your crusade will in the end be pointless. they wont change thier ways, they will however tell you they have and pay you some lip service.
Yes, in most cases this is reallity.
However, if trading standards start asking the CEO questions or VOSA start auditing their MOT process or the ASA start looking at their marketing then there is another reason for the CEO to start reviewing the organisation.
If these organisations find nothing wrong then nothing needs to change and I will have to attribute all of this to worst combination of bad luck I have ever known.
But that would seem very strange given all the items that NA has accepted have been a problem!0
