Couple of slight problems I have just had, had an email today to say that I have been posting out of my area - yet I only use 3 boxes, 1 in the next road to me a small box on the side of a lampost, 1 the main delivery office along the high street and 1 post office box 100 yards from delivery office, all 3 are in my postcode area and only 200 yards from my house, how could they say I have been posting out of my area seems strange to me, as I have religiously only posted at 3 boxes and to be honest not been anywhere apart from work, and I always post letters on way to work, has anyone else had these problems.

Also i have been receiving letters recently from people who are marking on the back of the envelope where and when they need to post, I hope my postie isnt seeing this, as he may find out I am working on the survey.
Any comments would be appreciated as feeling a bit annoyed, I am being accused of something I haven't done.

If its the email to ask IF you may have posted outside of your area and to put an X in the correct box to indicate then they are'nt saying you have posted outside your area, they are just enquiring.Just put an x in the correct box and send them the reply,i've had loads and never posted outside my area.

What might be happening is after you have posted, the person who's picked up the post from that particular box may have taken it to the wrong sorting office connected to that box or even worse shoved the post into another box outside your area

Sods law - were on a misdelievery survey, so far all ok for us, then our neighbour came round, our relief postman had somehow been delievering our parcels there.........

Has anyone else had this - the weeks posting all in one day, 3 at different times ?xx

The first couple of postings will be back to Kanter (the company who does it all), this is to check that you post correctly.

If that goes ok, your be posting out to other people, then think after a month people post to you, dont worry all the instructions are on the website.

You get 12 x 1st class + 4 x large 1st class per month, posting out some weeks can be one or two letters, some five.

Incoming again some weeks, none, 1, 2 or 5.

If you do an extra posting they send you an extra book of 12 1st class stamps, but that doesnt happen every month.

Quick condensed version, hope it helps x
Great explanation. Thanks for taking the time.:T

I have to say that I have never received a piece of test mail with this written on them, or even thought of doing that.
I think it would bother me though if it started though.

I hope I've picked this up right, mum2one, but I think I have had the same thing.
I'm lucky to live in the same area I work, so could simply use the closest postbox at the right time during the day when I was at work. But I've also had multiple postings on the same day too.
I'm not a complete idiot!........... Pieces of me are missing :rotfl:

You hit it spot on, 1st time ever happened, worked out lucky as the 1st was b4 10am, the 2nd 10-1pm, so post box for 9.50am, sl;ow daulde to the post office for the 2nd just 1 min past 10am! and the last was when dog went walkies so timed well. At least they were all simple xx
