Royal Mail Surveys

My vouchers for the mis-delivery survey arrived yesterday. Think that makes it approx. 14 days from when it ended. Although that isn't a really a long time it's certainly a change from when we got them with the packs two weeks before the survey began!0

it's been taking 2 weeks + to get mine since they changed to the new system. I'm no longer on the postal survey, but I still get asked to do the mis -delivery ones luckily. I've just signed up for another one next month,it's my second since I stopped posting, so it's worth logging in every couple of days to check for them even if you've been dropped from the main survey. :j0 -

This is really worth knowing as have just been dropped from the survey as the post office opened my mail which just happened to be a piece of test mail:mad:. At least if I can still do the odd mis-delivery survey it is better than nothing though I will miss the stamps.0 -
I'm doing the correctly delivered items survey at the moment. I am also due some vouchers from Toluna so am planning on getting love 2 shop and saving them all for Christmas
Put it towards my Christmas party dress then!
I've been doing the surveys for a while now and have stacks of the grey envelopes to return things in but so far have never received anything to return, its quite annoying as I don't want to just throw them out!
I do sometimes turn them inside out and use them along with the blank sticky labels and stamps to post things out that I sell on ebay.0 -
Is this one worth joining? Had a look through the thread and there seems to be quite a few things going wrong and accusations of doing things incorrectly. I don't want to sign up for something and then have loads of hassle.0

You might find it quite hard to join anyway. But I haven't had any hassle at all. If you have a problem with it it's usually better to ring Joanne, who is lovely and always rings you back, than post on a forum. They're not accusations anyway, just standard emails that get sent to everyone now and then, just to keep us on our toes and make sure we're doing it right - no point in doing it if we don't do it right. Also their contract with R M will be tightly monitored so they need to double check the ground force every so often. People sometimes take things as a personal slight not realising these things are sent to everyone now and then.
I think it is worth doing, not only are you doing something useful to improve services, but the stamps are nice and the occasional little gifts are too (yummy choc springs to mind, and commemorative stamps) though I've never won in the draw.
If you have a go, then don't like it, just resign. There are loads of people who are waiting in the wings to do it.

You can always just return them if you have too many.0 -

Sorry, but what bit of not disclosing to anyone that you are part of this survey is it that you don't understand? If one of your eBay customers or their family are working for Royal Mail and you send them one of these envelopes round a purchase they would realise you are part of the survey:("Sealed Pot challenge" member No. 138
