  • Thanks for the quick reply. My magazine came separately and it was identified through the website as being part of the process. It wasn't anything much interesting which was disappointing slightly heehee.
It was just boredom checking to see if anything was different when I noticed the change in SMART's.

  • Hey all,
I've been doing these for a short while myself, but wondered if anyone could clear a couple of things up for me.
Apologies in advance if it has been asked over and over before. (I couldn't seem to find the answers).
I'm taking it that the magazines you get after the training, get sent back at the end of the week as well as test mail?
And a couple of SMART's on my on-line account have gone red, though I haven't received any e-mail to say to return them.
Should I just hold onto them for now anyway?

Any magazines that you receive as test items should be returned along with the packaging and any other test items you receive that week in the large grey envelope(check it has a barcode on it).

Manage my smarts should be checked on a Friday, any that are red should be returned in the small paper envelops that is just for smart return.

    I'll get there eventually. :D
Still, it seems to be a relatively simple system to follow.

  • Takes a while to get into the swing of it, if you ever have any urgent problems that noone on here can solve then the lovely Joanne is at the other end of the phone at Kantar to help mon-fri, the number should be on the postal schedule.

Just to add that, having spotted that there are Smarts to return, you need to click on the "Return to SMART's to RI" button, then "Return Smart to RI" and so on till you have said you are returning each that has to be returned. You get an online response that each one has been removed from your stock.

(I also sometimes get emails to say that there will be Smarts to return when there aren't any!)

Hi, I emailed a while back to ask about magazines and Joanne said that I could keep it if it was of interest and just return the actual cover or a photocopy.

I asked this question when when I started to receive a well known celebrity glossy that I buy anyway :D.

Couple of slight problems I have just had, had an email today to say that I have been posting out of my area - yet I only use 3 boxes, 1 in the next road to me a small box on the side of a lampost, 1 the main delivery office along the high street and 1 post office box 100 yards from delivery office, all 3 are in my postcode area and only 200 yards from my house, how could they say I have been posting out of my area seems strange to me, as I have religiously only posted at 3 boxes and to be honest not been anywhere apart from work, and I always post letters on way to work, has anyone else had these problems.

Also i have been receiving letters recently from people who are marking on the back of the envelope where and when they need to post, I hope my postie isnt seeing this, as he may find out I am working on the survey.

Any comments would be appreciated as feeling a bit annoyed, I am being accused of something I haven't done.
