The large grey bags are to return items sent to you after you have entered them on-line - post them on Saturday.
The small ones with foil inside are to return smarts when requested to do so by RI.
I would advise that you read through all the instructions that were sent to you also on their website. It is all very simple. :j

The reason I am asking is I have been receiving the grey bags now for weeks and never yet received an item addressed to me from anyone so the bags are being sent needlessly. All I have to do is send out letters with or without smarts, so the need to return items is not relevant if I dont receive any, nor have I ever done.

Make £200 by end of January... £20.42/£200
Grocery Challenge £200 pm Jan £0/£200
January no spend days - 1/31

    HI

You will get a large grey plastic and a small white envelope everytime you get items to post. You will also get a list of your postbox adresses everry time. It must be automated so we all get a build-up of envelopes from time to time.
When you do get items to log and send back you will need to make sure there is a bar-code sticky on the envelope that you send :)
  • Just received the posting pack, got record album covers and not hunky fireman, so I'll be using them!

Yes, they are talking about the free presentation packs that we receive from time to time.

I got an Olympics presentation pack - nice it is too!! I've previously had Album Covers and Tudor Monarchs.

Really enjoy doing the survey (been doing it for about 18 months) and these presentation packs are always a nice suprise.

I agree I must have had about 6 in the time I have been doing them and they are good for collecting. I got the fireman one, I wonder how they know who gets what as most people seem to get different each time. I do love getting them anyway.:j
No you're not a vegetarian if you eat any animal or fish, so do not insult genuine veggies by calling yourself one!

  • Hey all,
I've been doing these for a short while myself, but wondered if anyone could clear a couple of things up for me.
Apologies in advance if it has been asked over and over before. (I couldn't seem to find the answers).
I'm taking it that the magazines you get after the training, get sent back at the end of the week as well as test mail?
And a couple of SMART's on my on-line account have gone red, though I haven't received any e-mail to say to return them.
Should I just hold onto them for now anyway?
I'm not a complete idiot!........... Pieces of me are missing :rotfl:

I get the magazines separately from the test pack, to check if it is a test magazine and not junk so go on received items and tick no r number.

I found that my smarts went red, which means that need you to return them, sometimes it takes them a few days to send the email, but you do need to return the smarts shown in red regardless, so there is no point waiting for the email.
