I'm allowing till 11 August before I email them again.
Though I emailed to point out the red box and asked them to confirm the vouchers were on their way, all the reply said, in effect, was "if you've recorded things, just ignore the red" - but no mention of the vouchers.
I had the same problem with the query box showing red for about six weeks, I was told to ignore yt as it as a ''glitch''.Like good food and drink?

That's the whole point of the survey - checking that the mail is collected and delivered as it is supposed to. If something comes up as different to what you have entered on-line then they check to make sure you haven't made a mistake but that is fine.0 -

I have had that too, there is a box round the corner from me that doesn't always get emptied, I know this is fact as some days the letters are sticking out of the box. I use this box to highlight the problems but it still goes on.Like good food and drink?

Hi
Just finished my test samples and now received quite a large envelope with 2 large packets to send out and what I assume are smarts (small clear envolopes with docs in and a number on them).
My question is I have entered the details on the website that I have prepared the packets and they are ready to post and included my Smarts but it asks about an R number. I assumed this was the number on the sticky label that you put in the packet but when I enter this it says not valid. What is an R number - is it usually on the sticky label to put in the envelope? Any experienced posters who could assist please.
Many thanks
