'Mum' I have had the same - quite often in fact! Sometimes they have to go at the same time due to work schedule but I don't think this is a problem so long as they go before last collection.

I sometimes get two items to post on the same day at the same time span, one at a post box and one at the Post Office.

I took part in the Misdelivery survey for two weeks (july into august) but haven't received my voucher yet. Has anyone else? x

nope, they are getting slow at posting out the vouchers now that we have to fill in the info online

You normally get the vouchers within 10 days of the survey ending, that is when I get them, I start one tomorrow so I wil let you know when I get mine.:)

I'm still waiting for my mis delivery vouchers from that period too. As they get our info straight away now I do think the least they could do is post the vouchers out just as fast!
