    Just to say I weighed myself again and the 12 oz Id put on had gone plus another 4 oz. I dont understand how weight can go up and down like this when I am keeping to the same calories.

    Never mind, Ive had to dump two pairs of trousers at oxfam this week as they are falling down as I walk. Thats the real test isnt it, clothes getting looser.

    Good luck every one.

    A much better guide to progress I agree. Shame it takes longer to get the feedback this way.
    Which reminds me, I really must go out and get my self a new brown leather belt a few inches shorter :D

    Weigh a large glass of water - the amount of fluid in your body changes all the time, throughout the day, that's why your body weight changes!

    I had a successful week last week but not so much this week as I just failed my (6th :rolleyes: ) driving test and had a pizza and profiteroles to cheer myself up. It worked mind :rotfl:

    Hi all, welcome back dragon, hope that you had a nice time!
    Well it's late, so i'll keep it brief. Just popped in to say that i couldn't weigh myself today at boots cos the scales were 'out of order' - too right it was!!
    Not sure what to do now, do i go in everyday to see if they are working or do i leave it til next week?? I don't like waiting much ( i'm very impatient - lol) but the extra exercise walking to boots everyday will be a bonus, as i've no school run to do!! Oh decisions, decisions!
    Nite nite. xx
    :money::money::money::money:
    I love to save money

    Woo hoo, 5 years ago I bought myself a nice red leather jacket. Wore it a few times then got much to fat to get it on. Yesterday I was sorting out stuff for my holiday next week and I thought, what a waste that was...........I think Ill just try it on...........and it FITS. Now I dont say I could do it up and feel totally comfortable but left open it still looks ok - oh glory, thats going with me to the states then :)

    :j:j:beer::beer::j:j Brilliant news! Another couple of pounds (maybe 4) and that will be a fantastic jacket that you can do up and feel comfortable in!
