Well I had a DREADFUL day today. Went out to get a few bits for the wedding next week and got stuck in traffic for an hour
tHEN the multistorey car park barrier broke down so a long queue of us were stuck waiting for an engineer for half an hour
AND then after a gruelling and pretty fruitless troll round the shops the carpark paying machine gobbled up my ticket and I had to get help again.
SO when I got home I stuffed a Magnum lolly and I felt I deserved it. All in all, Ive still only had 1300 calories today - so Im not feeling that guilty.0 -

Hey, congratulations:beer:0 -
Congratulations CWM on your lovely news and get well soon Dragon.
I've hardly been eating at all for the past couple of days, every time I think about food I'm feeling sick, and anything I do eat isn't staying inside for long. I managed to keep some soup down last night and I had a little milk which made me feel slightly better.
Have had some oats so simple about half an hour ago and don't feel too bad, but I'm feeling nauseous again so will try a cup of tea and see how that goes down.Exercise has gone out of the window seeing as its taking all my energy to just get out of bed

Yep aches and pains round my middle, had a killer headache for past 3 days but seems to be easing now, no cough or sore throat, odd sneeze here and there...
Will see how I am tonight then ring my docs in the morning and see if its any cause for concern

Welcome back Dragon and get well soon
Congratulations CWM
Hope you're feeling better Coffeeholic, round where I live there is a 24 hour bug that people are being misdiagnosed with swine flu, so fingers crossed it's not piggy flu!
I only had a 1/2 lb loss this week, so need to try and lose 2.5 to get my 7 by next week and if I am really, really good I need to head for 4lb so lose 21lb over all
Am off to Wembley tonight, don't think they do SW food so going to need some will power!"this money saving lark is a full time job"0 -
Feeling much better today after 12 hours sleep!
The fatigue and headaches have gone but still have a dodgy tum so will keep an eye on it. I think you're right burtoc about the bug although its been longer than 24 hours I'm not so worried. It's defo not piggy flu as I don't have a high temp or a cold.
Had a banana for brekkie and soup for lunch...not sure if I wanna risk eating anything else. If I get hungry later I have a WW meal hiding in the freezer or one of those frozen stir fry things.
Hope you all have a lovely weekend

Another lb off today
But Ive gone over my 1200 calories today because I had a big icecream because it was so hot and sunny. Hopefully the extra few hundred calories wont make a lot of difference.
