Back from hols yesterday and didn`t WI last Wed.
Will get on the scales this Wed.
Not expecting to have lost anything but if i`ve put on more than a couple of lbs, at most,I will be very disappointed.
Break even will be a good result.
This coming Friday is the last day of the month so I`ll have to join The Dragon and everyone else to lose a few more lbs in August.0 -
Morning all
WI this morning and I have put on 2 lbs which was I kind of expecting. My bug has gone now and I'm back to eating normally again so the weight was bound to creep back on.
Welcome back alared hope you had a lovely hol.
Great news hethmar it's a great feeling when you can buy smaller sized clothes or fit into those ones you have lurking at the back of your wardrobe. Keep up the good work! All the coffee in Columbia won't make me a morning person...

Thanks Coffeeholic, had a good time but too much temptation is put in your way when on holiday.
Hard to resist what you know you shouldn`t have.
Far easier to control matters when at home and in a routine.
Guess I`ll have to continue on the campaign next month (lol):D0 -
No weigh in for me this week as my scales need a new battery! I forgot to buy one yesterday and need to have a Non Spending Mon-Fri to meet my NSD challenge so I'll buy a new one this weekend! Probably just as well as my eating has been pants this week!Mortgage free as of 12/08/20!

Well I still do not register on the home scales and seeing as I am in quarantine with the porcine influenza I cannot go out and weigh myself in Boots! So I am putting my weight down as the highest it has ever been in the hope that when I do get to a Boots I have a nice surprise
.
Sometime on Wednesday I will set up the new challenge folks - and best of luck to everyone in this last week! You have until Friday

Hi all, well i'm not a happy bunny 2day! weigh in 2day was a shocker -3lb ON!! I did kind of expect it tho', the kids are at home and they eat ALL the time, so i've been doing a fair share of munching too!

But on the good side it has given me a big kick up the backside, and i promise to be good from now on.
As it's the end of the month and i've done so badly, i will weigh myself on friday/saturday to see if i've lost anything and to know what my August starting weight will be.

Boooom!
The sound of the 11 stone barrier being soundly broken with a 10st 12lbs weight last night :j
That's 2 stone 1lb since February and only another 5lbs to go until my target weight.
I haven't been this weight since I was 26 which is 13 years ago now
Even got away with a weekend of wine, beer, cooked breakfast and *shock* bread and butter pudding with custard with Sunday lunch :rotfl:
It was quite an active weekend though hiking around a theme park, swimming and some woodland walks.
I wonder if once the body is in the flow of loosing fat you can get away with a little spike of indulgance like this. Mmmmm.0 -
Well done AdrianHi
I can remember someone saying that even if you go a bit over the top on the odd day,it`s impossible to put on any significant amount of weight in a single day.0
