:j:jAdrianhi :j:j - marvellous news! I think the thing is that you can have the occasional indulgence - provided it is occasional! (weddings for instance) and the rest of the time you eat sensibly and that way you will maintain (and/or lose depending what you are trying for!)
So another couple of weeks and the celebratory champagne corks will be popping on your behalf on here then:beer::D

Well I still don't register on the home scales - although for a brief moment today I thought I was going to :rotfl:, so still not got an idea what I currently weigh! Ah well will try again tomorrow and will measure myself as well - that might give me some idea!Do not meddle in the affairs of Dragons, for thou art crunchy and good with catsup

Dragon, I weigh myself on my home scales from time to time (i don't register either), they only go up to 18st. So what i do is read what it says and work it out using this method.... 19st will be 0st, 20st is 1st, 21st is 2st, etc etc.. and i find that it's not far off. Hope this helps.xx
ps. Assuming that you havent got electronic scales he he!:money::money::money::money:

Hi All,
Started the month at 12st - 7 lbs and today WI at 12 stone dead.
7 lbs lost with two days to go to the end of the month.
If it wasn`t for The Dragon and everyone on this thread who have helped, encouraged and inspired each other,I would have drifted along at 12-7 and probably gone even higher by not deciding to to anything about it.
So a big thank you to everyone. :T:T:T
Of course there`s still a bit of surplus still to come off, which will be a lot harder and more determination and grit will be needed.
I`ve just counted the cals and exercised by walking BRISKLY each day.
When the August list comes out,Dragon, count me in at 12 stone. :beer:0 -

Hi all
Sorry I've been away so much, I'm just doing so badly - eating too much and not exercising enough. I haven't lost an ounce and am feeling really down. Anyway, I'm coming back with my tail between my legs to try again.
p.s. I skimmed through the pages I've missed and just wanted to say a huge

Morning all!
I am determined to get back into things, I have been eating so much sugary crap it has really started to show on my skin etc. I need to cut out sweet stuff altogether. I feel better for it when I do, so why is it so hard?
Ho hum.
Today's menu is Greek yog for breakfast, tune salad roll for lunch and no idea what for dinner. I'm cooking today so will come up with something healthy. Any recipes ideas? xoGet to 119lbs! 1/2/09: 135.6lbs 1/5/11: 145.8lbs 30/3/13 150lbs 22/2/14 137lbs 2/6/14 128lbs 29/8/14 124lbs 2/6/17 126lbs

Well wife and boys are away for the week, so just me to cook for (I like to do most of the cooking anyway) so it will be some sweet potatoe mash (or may be bake some sweet potatoe slices instead), chicken breast baked with a honey mustard rub and whatever frozen veg. we have plus some carrots and a bit of instant chicken gravey. Nothing too creative since it's just me.
Guilt free sweet flavours
... and a glass of red wine, leaving room in my daily calorie budget for that, honest!0 -
