  • A late, and final check in for me for the month!!

I finished the month dead on 10 stone, which is exactly what I started it on - but which does mean I lost the 1lb I put on whilst on holiday!

Well done to all you losers - especially Adrianhi - 8lbs loss is fantastic! And a new stoneage to boot - pretty impressive month for you methinks!!

Off to sign up again for August....

    xx

Thanks, sadly I weighed in at 11 stone last night  so might have gone backwards a bit, though I suspect it might be a bit of muscle, been a lot more active lately
    Onwards to August...

Just back from my holiday in the states - dreaded getting on scales after all the breakfasts which seem to include danish pastries etc. :( But, surprised to find only 2lb up. I shall have a tough time getting back into my 1200 calories a day, but has to be done.

My clothes are now seriously loose and baggy, that gives me the incentive to carry on. (Also the fact that we got - paid extra - for exit door seats on the plane coming home. I didnt realise they are narrower than the other seats and the fit was very snug. How would I have got into that seat a couple of months ago -
