I had to buy an outfit yesterday for the wedding in only 2 and a bit weeks now  I tried to be calm about it, I know Im still losing weight and by Christmas I shall be sitting here in a size 14 or 12, Im keeping positive.

So I went out and bought the size 16 outfit and I forced myself to look in the mirror and it didnt look too bad at all (I could do with Gok with me). The skirt was very loose round the waist but I needed that size for my hips and matronly bosom. As long as I think this is only temporary then I can carry on being positive and looking forward to taking that outfit to the Oxfam shop in 6 months time :)

A lot harder this last week but I`m still sticking to counting the cals and exercise.
Next week will be really tough as I am going on holiday and I don`t expect to lose anything at all.

Lost it a bit today and had choccy for the 1st time since starting healthy eating (I'm trying not to call it dieting!), plus we are having takeout for dinner but will be straight back on it tomoro.
Well done everyone and keep up the good work xx

Well done everyone, :T 2lb off here too!:T

I've had real pain in my wisdom tooth for the past week so only managed to start eating properly on Monday, think that helped!

So into week 3 we go ....

    Wednesday weight for me.
    Up and down around the 11st 3lb to 11st 1lblast week, 11st 1lb today :T
Confident it means still going in the right direction.
Plan to loose another half stone at the most, puts my BMI at or just under the middle of the normal range.
I think it's going a bit slow and erratic for me as I don't really have much excess fat to loose now

I'm even making good progress on my RSI problem, but that's another story...

Please please keep up the calorie counting and most of all the determination, it really works and it doesn't have to mean feeling hungry and miserable all the time.

Do you reckon you weigh more first thing in the morning?

Ive been going down steadily this week but this morning I weighed myself first thing and according to the scales Ive put 12 oz on again?

Well I had my first weeks weigh in and I haven’t lost anything. It has been my TOTM though and I always seem to put on a couple of lbs in water retention so am not getting too disheartened but I must admit I am a little pee’d off

Must admit I am thinking that me losing any weight before we go away is looking rather unlikely as we go next Wednesday!

I’ve had to miss two Aquafit sessions this week which has annoyed me. Monday I was ill so couldn’t go and last night I gave blood after work and the nurse told me I shouldn’t go to Aqua as it was only an hour after I’d donated :(

It’s going to take some serious effort if I am to lose anything next week but I’m going to try my best!
