Aw Dragon have a lovely hol xx
I started off with good intentions but fell by the wayside...I did my workout for an hour and had a WW meal afterwards like a good girl....then stuffed 2 slices of toast with peanut butter and 2 rice krispie cakes down me. It was very sinful but yummm I enjoyed it!! I'm relaxing with a cuppa now, testing out new internet browsers for work and watching the soaps (and not snacking I promise)
Have a good weekend all xxxxAll the coffee in Columbia won't make me a morning person...

Afternoon all :hello:, very quiet in here this weekend.
I think I've managed to give myself a kickstart - I'm sticking to points rigidly. Hopefully it'll show on Thursday!
How is everyone else doing?0 -
I think that weekends are the hardest time to keep on the straight and narrow.
My next WI is Wednesday and at the moment I don`t "feel" as if I`ve lost anything.
Only the scales will tell.
Was hoping for at least a couple of lbs off.
Still 19 days to go though but a weeks holiday during that time, going to be tough.0 -
Hi all! Well, i have had a c**p week, with things not so good at home between me and OH
(long story!), so have been comfort eating quite a bit! which i'm NOT proud of .
Weigh in day tomorrow, and after last weeks shocker of 4lb off, don't hold out much hope for this week really - the best i can hope for is a sts.
Have a good holiday Dragon, enjoy!!
I'm wishing i was a million miles from here right now! (sorry)
Good night all, see you in the morning after my weigh in. xx:money::money::money::money:
I love to save money0 -
I've had a reasonably good week... 2.75 lb off! :j And lots of walking done. I've managed 12,422 steps today! Note to self - walk to ASDA more often. It's a nice walk for 2/3 of the route along a riverbank too! Its about a 1 hr 10 min rount trip so it gets me out and about + stops me buying too much as I have to carry it all the way back again! :rotfl:
Hope you have a better next week poskstock and anyone else having a hard time...Mortgage free as of 12/08/20!

Morning all
Weighed in this morning and I'm the same as last week. Dreaded totm is here again and I'm trying to ignore the pain. Have just done my yoga dance dvd and the cramps went away temporarily so exercise does relieve them I never actually believed that. My fancy new scales have told me that I am losing body fat and my BMI is going down even though my weight is the same, so its all good!
Big hugs for Poshstock - sorry to hear things aren't so well at home. I'm sure we've all been there with the comfort eating, well I know I have, now that I don't smoke anymore but its difficult enough losing weight without extra stresses. Keep your chin up chick
Hethmar - my scales show oz lost as well, its hard not to keep jumping on at various points during the day to see if I have lost anything. I'm going to be good this week though and not weigh myself until next Monday and hope I will be pleasantly surprised.
Congrats all those to with losses or sts, for anyone who has gained its a brand new week - dust yourself down and start again!!
Have a lovely Monday all xxxxx
