  • Welcome back Binky hope you had a lovely hol. I'm sure you can shift that 1 lb!!

When I went on hols I put on half a stone in 2 weeks!! I'm more conscious of what I'm eating this time around though so I won't be nearly as scared to jump on those scales again.
All the coffee in Columbia won't make me a morning person... :D:p

Ok, then here comes me to put a damper on things.
I just ate 4 squares of Bourniville plain.
I'm sorry, but it couldn't be helped. It's either that or cry.
My debit card has been frauded, not by a large amount but it's given me such a fright and I've gone all paranoid now. Bless the lloyds for phoning me and letting me know. I'm now cardless, just cut it up.
I'll be fine tomorrow, but today is a right-off for me now.
I have lost weight. I just stood in front of the mirror in my undies and I can see it, not ready for the trousers yet though. I think I'll dig them out and hang them on my bedroom door for encouragement.

    A big well done.
Losing that amount just proves it can be done and should encourage you further.
Don`t forget to keep some old clothes as a reminder.

  • Hello everyone, I've been a bit AWOL recently - my shifts have changed at work, it feels like im doing more hours with less days off but getting paid the same? lol, such is life eh! This week I lost 0.6lbs taking me down to 14st6.5 and my monthly total is 3.5lbs. I really really wanted to be under 200lbs by next week but I doubt that will happen.

Sorry to here about the fraud.
4 squares of milk chocolate about 120 calories and plain chocolate is less I think. Not the end of the world

I weighed myself again over the weekend at 11st 3lbs, up from the 11st 1lb mid week. It's just one of those fluctuations, the longer term trend is still down, I'm sure the fat is still going
