If the calories are in the right place the fat will go even if the scales are deceiving.

    Good afternoon everyone!

Im feeling a bit more motivated today, I had a pep talk with myself and am feeling a lot better.
    My menu for today

B : 2 x LM sausages, grilled tomato, potato scone

L : Lettuce, cucumber, 4 tablespoons of tinned sweetcorn, 80g of bulgar wheat and salad dressing made of 1 tablespoon of EVOO and 3 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar. 454g strawberries.

D : Chickpea, tomato, onion and spinach curry. 60g brown rice.

    S : Alpro soya dessert/ a banana

Okay also have to confess that I cracked and ate crisps! I lasted a whole month off them though. So im off them again now.

Im back on the wagon and feeling great:D!

Thats a lot more interesting than me :)

I had 1 oz of sugar free muesli and some semi skimmed milk for breakfast

I had 1 diet yoghurt for lunch oh and a banana

1 rich tea biscuit in afternoon with coffee

Just had a whole meal sandwich with ham and one teaspoonful of mango chutney.

Followed by (had calories to spare :)) 1 scoop vanilla icecream, 1 meringue nest, a bit of fat free natural yoghurt and 3 grapes.

:) I make that, say about 900 calories so far today? Woo hoo, bit of weight watchers cake (77 calories) with my coffee later then.
  • You are all making me sooo jealous with your meringues!
