Hayles, not sure if I was having a blonde day but popped into two big branches of boots yesterday but couldn't find the sale stock  Mind you, I did go at 11am, so maybe it was all gone?!
Glad you did well though. Probably a good idea that I didn't go. Spending on take away tonight :j yum!
Have a great day xMoney paid out from Topcashback so far= £105.89 :j

Morning,
All the 75% sale stuff sells quick, so it maybe it was all gone. Some people just buy everything, greedy gits, shouldn't be allowed.
Not much planned for today, I'm doing some voluntary work tonight to help the police, start at 9pm, so going to chill today i think. We were meant to get up at 7am and head to Bluewater as OH wants us to buy a professional coffee maker and they sell it in John Lewis, but we have found it on Amazon for £30 cheaper http://www.amazon.co.uk/DeLonghi-Nespresso-EN670-Automatic-Machine/dp/B000X8JS1G/ref=sr_1_48?ie=UTF8&s=kitchen&qid=1264244073&sr=8-48 so probably going to order it from there considering it costs £240  we wanted a really good one, and OH has been researching for a while now, and this is the one :j makes lattes like Starbucks people have said. We did like this other one but its £899 :eek::eek:
FA Cup is on later, so i think i will watch that.

Well last night was interesting, i was out from 9pm-2am and i'm back out not saturday night too helping the drunks, and just being there if somebody needs help. It was really good and very rewarding, just didn't like dealing with the drunks being sick.
Can't wait for the coffee maker to be delivered on Tuesday, will use that every morning before work. I normally buy a coffee from Costa or Starbucks so will save us money in the long run.
I have taken my itouch off ebay as my brother told me yesterday that Apple are bringing out the new 4G iphone in April/May, and this will look different and have a better camera/features. So i think i will hold out till then and not sign up to a 18 month contract to an old ipone. So glad he told me before i signed up otherwise i wouldn't of been very happy.
I popped to Sainsburys this morning to pick up the bits for the chicken roast later, £30 later i left. Why do i always end up buying more than what i had planned. I did however buy some bagels for lunch next week, and some tuna and sweetcorn filling. I also bought 12 cans of diet coke for £4, and i usually get a can from the machine a day for 60p. I spend about £4.50 a day on lunch, so hopefully saved money, so not so bad.
Just sorting out OH's surprise birthday meal and inviting the people he loves the most in this world. So his folks, our best friends, and his mate. He keeps saying he doesn't want to do anything, but i know deep down he'd love a meal. Also booked Dublin for him, yay!!
Just watching the FA cup again, and really looking forward to the start of a new season of 24. I'm a BIG Jack Bauer fan, especially when he's in action.

Glad last night went OK. At least while you are helping the drunks, you are not spending money!
I am the same, I pop down to get a few bits from the co-op and end up spending loads. Got a bit of a diet coke habit too, so always buy them when they are on offer.0 -
At least you got some nice things to make your lunches for the week, so that should save you some money. I used to be so bad at popping to tesco for one thing and coming out laden down with bags. I always end up buying homeware stuff like cushions and vases too. There so much nice stuff tempting us in supermarkets these days!
That's fab about your coffee maker. You will save an absolute fortune not buying from coffee shops everyday!
Sounds like you're making some lovely plans for your OH too. Very thoughtful of you!Money paid out from Topcashback so far= £105.89 :j

Hey Hayley, i'm okay, just been a bit poorly
i was too busy feeling sorry for myself to log online
I'm back now though! Coffee machine arrived on Tuesday, and its BRILLIANT! Its so fancy, that fancy OH is having is teach me how to work it. OH and I have bought some fancy plastic coffee cups for on the move from Starbucks, they cost £7 each but filling it up every morning with a nice Latte without having to spend £3.40 in Starbucks makes it worth it.
My work messed up my wages this month  didn't include my increase, so didn't see any of my 5K increase this month, but i will get more next month so thats good :T stop me wasting it.
I picked up my order from boots.com today, it was my nieces cup cake maker, its brilliant, especially for £8.75, i love 75% off!
Restuarant is all booked for next Saturday for OH's birthday meal surprise, and the birthday trip to Dublin is all sorted. Just looking for coupons for restaurants in Dublin now. Very MSE of me. We fly out on Valentines Day!
Not much else to report, currently looking into pensions. I am 25 and haven't got a pension  so i'm looking into the work pension and also other pensions online, like Virgin, their pension seems quite good.
Big brother final tonight, yayyy!!! God if this is the highlight of my Saturday i must be a sad loser :rotfl: I popped to Sainsburys after work and spent £15 on 2 Pizza Express pizzas, PE garlic bread, a bottle of wine and some nice bits for dessert. I plan to start cooking dins when OH gets in so we can chill with our feast during Big Bro!

Glad you are Ok, sorry to hear you have been a bit poorly.
The coffee machine sounds fab and hopefully will save you money in the long run.
That is really annoying about the pay, I had that as well when I got a payrise but was great having all the money the next month.
I don't have a pension and OH is always saying I should have. As you will know the police one is pretty good so he is lucky!0
