    Hey Hayles,

You're shopping trip sounds super productive. I really have a major urge to shop but really shouldn't. I spent £70 today on our new kitten from the RSPCA so don't feel too bad!

We all need treats to keep us from going mad! xx
Money paid out from Topcashback so far= £105.89 :j

Thanks girls, i feel bad for my shopping still, so i'm going to take back the warehouse jumper http://www.warehouse.co.uk/fcp/product/fashion/Knitwear/textured-ladder-jumper/299248 really don't want to take it back as it looks wicked with leggings and my biker boots, but it'll be £45 back in my bank so i must. If i miss it i might treat myself at the end of the month and buy it again, but this time look for a warehouse discount code and buy it online. I can't take back the Oasis top as i wore that out last night.

Last night was great, got a little bit tipsy on mojitos but it was a good night. Our best friends, also announced last night that they are expecting their first baby :j:j:j they just got married, the big holiday wedding we went to in November, and it looks like the baby was made on the day they got married. They have been together 13 years, so its such great news :D:D:D They wil make AWESOME parents.

I have listed my ipod touch on ebay today, taking advatage of the free listing day. I'm going to put the money towards the iphone contract i'm going to take out at the end of the month.Didn't list anything else though.

Planned the trip to Dublin, just need to book it now. I've changed the dates so we fly out on valentines day, it's a birthday/valentines present. He doesn't know anything about it, just need to ask him to take the days off. Planned the whole itinerary for the 4 days, one day visiting the Guiness storehouse and looking around Dublin, another day going to the Kildare Village outlet centre, i think its about 35 mins outside Dublin on a train, we do like outlet centres, especially the ones in America, so i think he'd like to see what this ones like, a day taking advantage of the Hiltons spa facilities and then a nice meal in the evening, and the last day doing what OH wants to do. I hope he'll like it. We have said no more breaks this year as we want to sell the apartment and buy a house in the country, so need to save some more for the deposit this year.

I need to make £42 before the end of January to pay for the airport parking (£30) and the insurance (£12), also need to book the Guiness trip, which will be more money on top of the £320 for the break. I usually spend £150 on OH for birthday anyways, and then probably £50 for valentines, so it'll probably be under that this year as the £320 is paying for me to go too :j

So i need to make £42 before the end of February, i hope i can do it. I'll do it by selling on ebay, amazon, and walking to and from work every day instead of getting the bus. Wish me luck.

The Boots 75% sale starts on Wednesday so i will have to stop myself spending lots, and just buy stuff i will definitely give to people for birthdays/christmas.

That is great news about your friends, realy lucky as well getting pregnant on their wedding night!

The Dublin trip sounds good, sure your OH will love it.

£42 shouldn't be too bad with just over a month to do it, good luck!
  • aww thats so sweet about your friends. how very lucky! Glad to hear you had a good evening too.

You're so organised planning all of your trip. Not sure what we will do for valentines, prob just cook a nice meal for OH. it's not too far away now, best take a leaf out of your book and get planning!

Good luck on making the £42. Have you got anything else you could sell? what other ideas have you had?

Haven't popped in for a while sorry, been feeling rough. Do you know what, if you have the money then use it. You're obviously not struggling so enjoy yourselves whilst you can afford it, as long as you have back up savings then not an issue.

Can you pm me the link to your ipod touch, I want one......
  • Thanks girlies, your all soo lovely and good at making me feel better :A

Yuk - You don't want my touch, its very scratched at the back :D i had a case but it kept coming off, so decided to leave it off, and the back has a lot of light scratches on. You can probably find better one's on ebay hun.

I have decided I'm going to list more stuff on ebay to make the £42, shouldn't be too hard.

Soo glad Monday working day is over, just got to do the ironing and sort the dinner now. Big Brother is on tonight, special eviction, so going to watch that later.
