I don't like guinness either, far to heavy to drink..... ooooh sale in boots..... nooooooo must not be tempted!!
  • gosh, a boots sale really could be lethal for my recent money saving efforts. Thank you for the warning, really must try to stay away! :D
Money paid out from Topcashback so far= £105.89 :j
No buying magazines in 2011 Challenge- Number bought to date= 0 :)

  • So i may come back a Guiness drink, my OH would love that, would mean i wouldn't moan when he picks them up in Sainsburys, and i moan at him to put them back.

I only really go to the 75% off Boots sale, can pick up some really good deals for Birthdays throughout the year.

Ewwww no you can't drink them from a can from Sainsburys, yuk. Tried that once, but try a little bit when in Dublin.
  • I don't Yuk, my OH does. But he will only buy the one's with the little widget in. I will deffo try it in Dublin, its a must, i may even start to like it, you never know.

The Boots sale didn't start today, they have put it back a week! NOOO! I was all set for this morning, my local boots has so much good stuff too, hope its still there next week.

I put £10 in my sealed pot today, had a lot of £1's and £2's so put them all in. I reckon i must have nearly £50 in there already and only started 2 weeks ago. Another £2 in to the 365 challenege pot today, i keep adding more than one £1 everyday, so already have £26, if i keep adding more than i'm meant too will probably (hopefully) have more than £365 at the end of the year. Mariagti made a good point on her diary, is it wise to leave the pots in the house, wouldn't it be better if the money was going in a savings account. Hmmm.

We had a lot more snow last night and it was snowing heavily all morning, but thank god, it looks like the snow is on its way out, at last!! Not managed to get the car out for about 2 weeks.

Your doing great on your selaed pot! I have only put in a couple of £1's so far as i dont spend much in the week so dont get any change to put in.

Sound slike you are doing well with the pots.

Has your snow melted now? There is no more here so can walk without slipping at last!
  • I have been a bad girl, bad bad bad. OH's mum and I went shopping today, big mistake! I ended up spending £120, £90 of that in House of Fraser on 2 tops for Oasis and Warehouse. The Warehouse top is a long jumper, and its lovely, cost £45 but was a treat. The Oasis top was a long blue/white striped top, again more than i'd normally pay, £38, but I'm going to wear it tonight when OH and I go out with our best friends, i'll wear that, black tights, and my very high ankle boots. I also bought lots of other bits and bots! No more spending for me this month.

I won £25 on bingo yesterday so i'll use that towards the spending today!

    Nothing else to report....x
