Loopylass30, a bit of pizza won't do you any harm, we all need comfort now and again.

I'm glad you said that because I've just had 2 kitkats in one go. I had an attack of the munchies - an alien took over - and HAD to have 2. Once I had eaten them I felt awful, but at least I stopped at 2, was v tempted to go for a third, but thankfully common sense prevailed.

When I used to buy small chocolate treats like Kitkats or Penguins for my children's packed lunches I used to store them in the freezer. Then they were out of my sight and mind and also couldn't be eaten quickly if I did succumb (mind you, I once made my SW club collapse laughing at my tales of microwaving frozen penguins to eat for a desparate chocolate driven binge)!

I then added these treats to the packed lunchbox straight from the freezer each morning. I also used to make up a whole week's sandwiches at the weekend and freeze them in individual tubs. This was a real time saver as well as often more cost effective and kept me from nibbling bits of ham, cheese etc whilst making sandwiches each day! It has the added advantage of keeping them cool and letting them gradually defrost during the morning. :T

This morning I had a dry-up (fry-up) of bacon, quorn sausage, quorn burger, egg and tinned tomatoes. So mostly green.
For lunch I had cauliflower, carotts, 2 tablespoons mash and a very small portion of beef (left over from last night, about 3ozs).
Now due to a busy day, with people in and out all day, have cooking at the moment spag bol.
What should I do going by what I've already eaten so far today?
More pasta or more minced beef.
Really hungry. Had no syns today either, just a banana and a vanilla muller.
What to do for the best without breaking the diet............ please help...............I want to dish up now to eat, and don't want to go for the wrong choice.

LL - I would have more pasta than minced beef and class it as a mix2match day
