And you admit it! I;d take your extra P&P out of your listing you will eventually get reported or a buyer will rightfully refuse to pay it and neg you.
Am I missing something here?

I agree the actual postage costs not in the appropriate section is annoying but the postage is stated. It's £2.99 and so below the £3.00 maximum limit for postage of items in this category.

Postage is stated as higher for overseas but that is permitted (and should be expected)

I gave up believing the ebay help pages a long while ago..they are even worse than the paypal help pages.

Yes, very amusing they are as well :rotfl:

The search facility in particular is worthy of a mention as common searches return totally unrelated responses.

Would that be Louise, the totally useless help-bot? :D
Hello, I’m Louise and I’m here to answer your questions about PayPal. Even though I’d like to be a real person, I’m not. I’m programmed to answer your questions. How can I help you?

I am a professional ebay seller. I work hard at my job, I love my job, if you think it's silly that's your problem not mine. :p

Well for a start when I ask about tracked services you can stop telling me about how to safely wrap my items and when I asked about a foreign address why did you feel the need to lecture me on potentially hazardous substances that cannot be sent overseas (it was a book for goodness sake!).

Oh my gosh! Last time I used that (last week, actually) I really felt my blood pressure rising. I started shaking and shouting at my computer screen uncontrollably :D In the end I typed repeatedly - I NEED TO SPEAK TO A HUMAN BEING. I NEED TO SPEAK TO A HUMAN BEING. I NEED TO SPEAK TO A HUMAN BEING. (seriously!). It then gave me an email address and a phone number for the helpdesk. Funny thing, when I rang, the guy on the line turned out to be as clueless as the help-bot :D (and he had a speech impediment!)
