Hi everyone. Would love to join but have no camera at the moment. But have a picture of 3 german shepherds I have been promising to finish for nearly a year now .

Anywho, does anybody have any recommendations for good software for turning photos into patterns?

I started the Meg & Mog halloween design tonight. Was feeling guilty for not doing any stitching all week, but couldn't face getting out the huge Crisp Afternoon design. No pics yet, as the batteries for the camera are charging. Will update tomorrow.

Got here eventually -so here is the progress since I last posted...

The flash has made the colours a bit skew wiff -but you get the idea
Its not as much progress as I would like -but 2 weeks puppy sitting and getting things made for the freezer has taken my time :eek::rotfl:...
Im planning on getting some more done this week and then Im going to take it into hospital with me -just in case I feel up to doing a bit

Hi all I am sorry to say I have been slacking with stitching over the last 2 weeks so much for getting it finished before October. Hopefully won't take me too long before I can start my daughters sampler. Does any1 know of a site which sells cheap DMC skeins?? I also need metallic threads for it too so if they sell those its extra fab TIA

I have used the site recommended on here -

they are great 30p a skein or you can get 200 DMC skeins for £52:j-they do 50s, 100s too (click on the offers section)
I only use petite treasure braid when I need metallics -so Im not sure what range they do on that site...
