Well, after my little barclays screw up today, come home to a letter from Barclays saying basically well see you in court. Kinda glad because I can charge an extra 8% now
yay, off to court, should be goodThis is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
I read today from BAG that the Statutes of Limitations Act is changing THIS YEAR so you can only backdate these type of offences up to three years in the past and not six years. This seems to have quite a few issues with regards to how long people can chase you for debts too?
I'm trying to confirm the source but it seems genuine!0 -
The BAG website is actually suggesting that yesterdays ruling could mean the end to the 6 year ruling. HAve a look over there! Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0 -
Thanks for that (yes all from Nov 99 onwards) I found a few more since my last post

When I think back to when we lost our flat we were paying natwest account 200+ a week in charges alone  (9 years ago tho  )0
