I've only got £85 to claim back so far, got a couple more years to look through but I think my bad years predate the 6 year time frame.0

Check out CAG - I am pretty sure there is information regarding getting charges back prior to the 6 years but I really do not know what it is as I do not need to go any further back than that.

if that doesn't work it's under the FAQs in CAG.

I did exactly the same as Gliteratti and cut that bit out.
I only then added the 8% pa when filing a claim on-line - which was paid up by Capital One! Ha!Ever wonder about those people who spend £2 apiece on those little bottles of Evian water? Try spelling Evian backward.0 -

Come on you guys, everybody keeps asking the same questions that were posted just a few messages above and nobody seems to really have taken the time to sit down and read the FAQ at the BAG/CAG site. It answers nearly all the questions people keep asking.
I'm not saying that everyone's being lazy but the. Well yes I am. Go read it.0 -
Sometimes it does take someone to explain it their way for something to click. So there!!!!!!!!!!!0

Did *everyone* re-read the bits of the FAQ they didn't get first time then?
I'm all in favour of people asking questions for stuff they don't understand but the questions at the moment are the simplest, most obvious to understand and the ones that have been answered on this thread several times already.0
